The objective of the Project Supervision course is to provide both experienced and inexperienced field management personnel with essential skills that will improve their performance as leaders. This course provides an orientation to the supervisory role and how to manage people, project schedules and job site safety while staying within budget.
Afternoon Class – Project Management
The objective of the Project Management course is to provide experienced field personnel who are new to managing construction projects with the education and skills necessary to direct jobsite activity while controlling costs, quality, resources, budgets and schedules.

The Remodeling Association of Georgia will be conducting two educational sessions on May 24th. These sessions will be held at the Association offices located 665 Red Oak Road, Stockbridge, GA 30281.
Attending both sessions will provide 6 hours of continuing education credits. Just a reminder that if you hold a Residential Basic License you will need 3 hours of continuing education and if you hold a Residential Light Commercial License you will need 6 hours of continuing education.
